Welcome
to our website
Welcome to Official Chad the Egad Studios website. Chad the Egad studios is a collaboration between like-minded filmmakers and acts as an umbrella under which most of their work is released. On this site, you'll find info about the films we make, and the people who make them.
Below are the latest updates, straight from the filmmakers themselves.
New Section Here!
Pete's up and running. Check him out here!
New Section Coming!
We here at CtE pride ourselves on the diversity of our products. We've been involved in plays, albums and novels in addition to our overwhelming accomplishments in the area of film. But we haven't really crossed the border in the internet realm. We don't do a web comic. We don't post a blog or maintain a forum. And we don't post celeb nudes (though really, their pride is always missing, so spiritually, I guess they're always nude).
But all that is going to change. Starting some time soon, we're going to catch up to the year 2000 and start posting a semi-regular pop culture column! And its by a special guest columnist! (actually, my friend, Pete Grant was looking for an outlet for his ramblings and since we've got a webspace and all...). So look to the menu bar on the left for all the all new pop culture column...coming soon!
1st Annual CtE Calendar

Yeah. Camino is pretty
badass.
While listening to the William Shatner album Has Been, I realized that I hadn't been doing enough with my life, that an encyclopedic knowledge of Law & Order just wasn't that fulfilling. And so was born the CtE calendar! Its a full-color 12 month calendar (Feb 08 - Jan 09) highlighting various titles in the CtE library and the wonder therein. Plus the holidays have jokes written by them! Oh hilarity. Anyway, if you're interested in one shoot me an e-mail to matt
pageofbob
com and we'll get it figured out. Below me are three images from the calendar. For whatever reason, I am completely in love with the Nothing Right pic. Ah, self-congratulations is the best congratulations.

Excellent. Giant ghosts fighting.

I am so awesome.
Congratulations in Order
CtE sends out its heartiest congratulations to Miles Rausch and his new bride, Holli Rausch. Miles appears the most frequently of any player in CtE production history, and is also the mastermind behind Newsbleep (http://newsbleep.com). Holli is also a CtE contributor, appearing in our Cake contest entry and the Grimandor audition tapes. We wish them both the very best.
What You've All Been Waiting For
I know all you fans have worn your VCD copies of the CtE classic TFH down to little sharp nubbins of plastic, the likes of which could probably kill a man, and you're wondering what to do now. Well, wait no more! I'm currently in the process of putting together the 8th Anniversary Limited Edition Version of TFH. So get prepared for a whole new, modern, trendy, bleeding edge, Lohanified TFH, but with the time-worn adventures of Lenny and Ted that you all know and love.
Updates Galore
Hey everyone, I got that Grimandor page up and running. Awesome. I also updated the CF page to include a listing of all the goodness that's on there. I know that's what you've all been waiting for to know whether or not you wanted to pick up a copy. Its okay. I forgive you. I'll be watching my inbox for those order requests now.
Time for An Update! (you can tell by the exclamation point)
My suspicions that no one checks this never updated page was confirmed by google. How? It doesn't matter. Anyway, in hopes of getting something accomplished at 3am I decided to work a little on an update.
You see, I noticed the other day that there is no page for Grimandor. Yes I know, strange but true, considering that there have been front page updates for it. Anyway, I'm intending to put one together this week. But until then here's a little taste. I'm calling it a one sheet (and I may be narcissistic and actually get one printed up) , but it'll probably be the cover of the dvd as well. Enjoy:

CtE Changes Forever!
Okay, so my Cinevegas updates trailed off. They will return. And most likely I won't remember all the details and will have to make up more interesting ones. It'll be great. And followed immediately by Sundance stories. You bet it will.
Anyway, the whole reason for this update is to let you, the loyal CtE readers, know that Bob, co-founder of CtE and all around okay guy, got married on June 16. A fantastic time was had by all. Congratulations to the Bobster (I think he would hate being called that, so if you ever see us in person you should call him that to see what happens. I bet it will be funny) and his fantastic bride, Holly Davidson. Everyone here at CtE wishes them all the best. In fact, I declare hugs and kisses all around. I see a great future on the horizon!
Cinevegas 2007: Days 1-3
Well, I didn't make the day by day (surprise, surprise) but I've got a few here to let you all know how its going.
So far its been a good time. I've seen four movies: The Grand, The Living Wake, Look, and My Name is Bruce. None of which was an unpleasant experience (though I think the Living Wake tried to be).
I've been to three parties, one at the Golden Nugget pool, one at the Palms pool, and one at the new night club in the Palms. All of them were very elegant and I knew no one there to talk to, though there was free booze.
Plus I got to tell Michael McKean that his performance in Short Circuit 2 was just plain good. I think he was surprised. Or maybe he was just in a hurry. Also, I learned that Chris Parnell is a very nice guy. Its been fun. I hope to post more soon. Just wanted to get a few words out there. Sleep tight all.
