RIP Zeus

Chad the Egad studios would like to extend its condolences to Bob and Holly for the recent loss of their much beloved fish, Zeus, who had been battling illness for several days. The plucky betta, inspiration for the song Zeus the Fish, available exclusively on the hyper-rare "The Works" compilation from Gimme-a-Break Productions and Infinite Ego Media, has been like an unofficial mascot of Chad the Egad since he first became a part of the family. Friends described him as fearless and friendly, with a burning curiosity. "He would get so excited when you'd come near his bowl," Davidson said of his late friend, "He was probably the only fish I've ever seen that would watch you walk through the room."

Zeus passed away Thursday, February ninth, 2006 in his home. Services are to be announced. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made in the Zeus's name to the American Red Cross.
