Okay, so I haven't gotten the Sundance report up (or written) yet. But I decided new stuff is more interesting. I just got a pass for Cinevegas (starting today) and hope to attend lots of stuff. I thought I'd try the blog-style daily report idea again and see if I could actually do it this time.
Anyway, I'm kicking the festival off tomorrow with a viewing of The Grand (a poker movie with David Cross, Michael McKean, and Werner Herzog (wtf?)) and a pool party after the showing.
Will Matt drink with David Cross? Will Matt take his shirt off and scare away sunbathers? Will Matt be mistaken for a rabid bear, short with tranquilizers and placed in the custody of animal control? Stay tuned (internet connection permitting).
